Working at home

I offer short-term, tangible solutions that can help you manage the triggers and relieve the symptoms of anxiety and panic. We work together to find the sources of your anxiety, learn and practice simple (but not easy) techniques. We look at both your past and the current situations that are impacting you. My method is a combination of talk therapy meant to isolate specific triggers, and then collaboratively develop tools that are specifically targeted to manage yours. My goal is to help you get some relief from your symptoms and learn to manage them on your own.

Anxiety relief is essential to living your best life. Whether it is in your work environment, your home and/or your relationships, you already know how difficult it is to function when anxiety and panic take over.

Common anxiety signs and symptoms include:

  • Feeling nervous, restless or tense.

  • Body tension - shoulder pain, headaches, stomach aches

  • Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom.

  • Having an increased heart rate.

  • Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)

  • Sweating.

  • Trembling.

  • Feeling weak or tired.

  • Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry.​
