MY STORY

Marcia R.jpg

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to work to help make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to a Masters program that incorporated both traditional counseling and the use of expressive arts as part of my education. While I didn't become an art therapist, the arts have an important place in improving mood, reducing stress and depression.

I have over 20 years of experience working with a variety of people dealing with their own unique issues and problems. I do not have a one-size-fits- all way of thinking.I do have my own process thad includes some traditional talk therapy with some logical, tangible tools. I belief in having tools that you can work with after the therapy is over.

As for my personal interests, I love dogs. Did you know that cats and dogs are stress reducers? All that unconditional love!

As a licensed Mental Health Service Provider in New Jersey, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.

A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You

Traditional face-to-face therapy may not always be possible or it may just not be right for you. Many have found that the ease and flexibility of online counseling makes it easier, less stressful and more in keeping with their life situation. This doesn't mean compromising quality mental health care in any way.

In 2001 I began my private practice in New Jersey where I offered a wide range of counseling services to individuals and couples. Though the years I have helped people through many of life’s challenges and most trying times.

Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional Mental Health Service Provider can make things better. I care about your well-being and provide you all the tools you need in order to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.
